Very Pleased Experience We had read the dealerships reviews on Yelp, which weren't too flattering. Our experience seem totally different from what people were describing. There definitely was the negotiations back and forth. The dealership did try to sell additional services and products, but this has been normal with other dealerships we have purchased other vehicles with. Excellent Dealership We have dealt with Van Hyundai for the past 6 or so years. My daughter and I have experienced the dedication, eagerness to help, and finding just what we want from the folks there. Every time it has been an exceptional transaction. Most effective car salesman I have ever worked with. This was my fifth consecutive Hyundai auto purchase, and Lou Margetis at Van Hyundai made it the most pleasant of all. I had purchased or leased my past three cars at Huffines Hyundai in Plano, and went there tire kicking a week prior. I was met with high pressure tactics and literally chased to my car by both salesman and sales manager when I wasn't ready to close. my review of my Van Hyundai experience It was nothing but a good experience. We were at the auto show and my husband had called Van. Mike called us and said he had several Genesis cars there. We looked and found my new car.

Great Experience! Buying a new car can be an exhaustive and intimidating time. After a truly awful experience the week before, my wife and I tried again last Friday at Van Hyundai in Carrollton Texas. What we experienced there renewed our faith in car dealership caring, courtesy and good old fashioned customer service!
