Honestly I haven’t had many good experiences when I’ve spoken with the people at your company however today I spoke with Josh and he was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you Josh! And for those managers reading this, Josh deserves a raise and should be training the rest of your staff!

Vanderbilt done absolutely great from start to finish. Cannot say enough about the team that handled our loan as they kept us in the loop during the entire process. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a home loan as they are absolutely fantastic to work with.

Called today with for with my account. Ruth is the one I spoke with. She listened to me and gathered all the information needed to help me with my account. She also helped me with another problem I have all the while Shyla got the approval we needed. Vanderbilt has some really good people that are compassionate about the customers. They deserve more than 5 stars but because that's the highest that's what I'll leave. Thank you Ruth and Shyla you went above and beyond to help.

I contacted Vanderbilt Mortgage for some assistance and they were just wonderful. I spoke with Melanie H. and she was so professional and worked hard to get what I needed. She then spoke with Joshua Money to verify what I needed and was able to help me. They were wonderful and was able to help me, thank you guys very much.

First, i want a keychain as above ;). I want to say, I have never had such a pleasurable experience with something that could cause a LOT of stress. They all gladly explain anytime i would ask questions. I felt i was ALMOsT the only person they were working with. Great team!!!!
