real good it came out like we wanted for payment
Everything went good minus nott getting updates on the app process from the person handling the home loan at Vanderbilt had to keep calling to find out if they needed anything else

We had nothing but excellent service from Amalia and Rebecca! They were always right on top of sending us things and once they received documents from the mobile home company during the process of closing, they called us within hours to update us. Excellent people to work with! It took less than two weeks to close and it was a painless process. Would recommend to anyone!
