Vanderbilt was very helpful with my situation. As long as you communicate with them, they try to do what they can to help you. The agent and the supervisor were kind and understanding. Call them and just let them know what's going on and see what can be figured out.
To whom it may concern I would give the team a 5 star rating for being so helpful and supportive in helping with the finances of people's loan they are truly an understanding group especially Mrs. Moorman.
So far everything has turned out well. The loan process was simple.
Everything was taken care of correctly and efficiently..we went to Clayton Homes in Kodak , Tennessee, worked with wonderful people and closed on our home today …we look forward to moving in by the end of May at the latest!
