Excellent service. Vernon Shorter went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was traveling from another state -'and needed a part replacement in less than 24 hours. Vernon had the part and serviced my car by next morning four hours ahead of my scheduled appointment. Clearly, he displays the highest degree of professionalism, and in my view should be promoted and given greater organizational opportunity.

I was contacted right away, the representative was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was also professional with a great attitude. He was very honest about the condition of the vehicle. I did not purchase this vehicle, although he is going to look for one that would fit my needs. I would be very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from the Vandergriff dealership.

As usual, the service I received at Vandergriff Acura was excellent. My car was in for the B-1 service (Oil change, filter change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection), and the Technician found a nail in my right front tire which they repaired at no charge. We have been customers of Vandergriff (Acura and Honda) for many years and have always been pleased with the service we have have received. It is nice to trade with a company that goes above and beyond what is expected.
