Life Safer I was looking for a used MDX after totaling mine. I spoke to Gary Vogel over the phone and he thought he might have exactly what I was looking for. How many times does one hear that and when you get there it has just sold but look at what came in! Of course a newer, more expensive model. Gary was exactly as on the phone. Great buying experience My sakes guy Gary Vogel was the best! I was purchasing to replace my car that had recently been totaled. He was very understanding and compassionate to my situation. He did everything to make the experience quick and was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. This was a better experience than my recent experience with Toyota. Excellent overall experience! I recently leased an RDX from Vandergriff Acura and had a wonderful experience. My sales rep was Max Coker. He was very helpful and personable. I recently got my Masters and he helped me find a monthly car payment that I could afford. Burl Thomas was my finance man and he was HILARIOUS and wonderful. I appreciated their work ethic and fantastic customer service!!
Amazing service The people at vandergriff Acura always make my service experience a great one. The staff is always so friendly and while I have an Acura much closer to where I live I prefer this location above all others.
New in Town I recently purchased a Acura TL and moved to this area from out of state. I wanted to find a dealership that could service my vehicle and that I could feel very confident in. Vandergriff Acura will surely be my go to. The service department is A-1 first class all the way. If you need any Acura needs met go here and ask for Kimberly in service...she was amazing.
Acura safety recall I brought the car in for an airbag safety recall and the adviser found there is another recall for the car and he had it done on the same day. He is very informative about the service that needs to be complete for the car.
Wonderful Service The staff was very courteous, quick and prompt. I brought my car in for an oil leak. The staff analyzed the issue and determined there was no major problem. They cleaned out the affected areas and sent me away without any charge !!!
Thanks !!!!!!! About a month about I started my search for a new vehicle, and in my experience it's not an enjoyable task.
