Great Experience with service department I use to go to an Acura dealer close to where I live, this one is 30 miles away my house but it was great to go here. Services provide is excellent and no pressure for services, just give an advise what need to be done, My services advisor is Samuel Cavaroz was very nice and was very professional, make me comfortable. Great Experience My husband and I had previously visited another Acura dealer in the metroplex and did not have a good experience. I had purchased a Honda from Vandergriff years ago so we decided to go visit the Vandergriff Acura dealership in Arlington. Max Coker met us at our designated appointment time and was awesome to work with. The whole experience was very pleasant. Great experience!!! We recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 MDX from Vandergriff Acura and wanted to express how easy they made it with our purchase. The entire staff made it such an inviting atmosphere from the minute we walked in the door. two cars in two hours We had a great experience buying our last car at Vandergriff from Max Coker. Buying a car is a big pain. Max knew we did not what to waste our time. Our time at the dealership was extremely short compared to the usual experience and what's more they gave us such a great deal we actually picked up two TLXs that day and we were very happy with everything.
Great Car Buying Experience!!!! After searching the internet for a car I made the trip to Arlington and encountered the most helpful Sales Lady Melissa Juarez that made my car buying so smooth and hassle free. Noted for customer satisfaction. I purchase my 2010 Acura TL from Vandergriff Acura and selected them to provide all of my vehicle maintenance.
