outstanding Customer Service I ALWAYS ENJOY MY EXPERIENCE AT THE DEALERSHIP. I WENT IN INITIALLY TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND ENDED UP DRIVING OFF IN A 2017 ILX. STAN WHOM WAS MY SALESMAN WAS SO SWEET AND VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. JEFF IN FINANCE WENT OVER EVERY DETAIL AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS. Ask for Max Coker! He is awesome!! As a first time car buyer I was more than nervous to go into the dealership and walk out feeling like I got ripped off. Worked through issues, but Completely Satisfied We live in a neighboring state but when I found a 2014 RDX at Vandergriff Acura through USAA?s Car Buying Service, Max Coker contacted me promptly and provided what I needed to make a basic decision before we drove down. Retired After 3 weeks of car shopping, we stopped by Vangriff Acura, Arlington. Upon our arrival, we met Alex Lindgren, who proved to be an excellent salesperson. Alex is the lead salesperson of the sales team there. His knowledge of the Acura RDX met all of our expectations and we are very well pleased with our 2017 RDX! A+ overall experience My wife and I picked up our new MDX on Saturday and both agree it was the best overall experience We've had for any vehicle purchase. Any / all questions we had were answered timely and honestly. Max, Wes , Alex and the entire team there are polite, professional .
