Special Delivery JD at Vandergriff Acura in Arlington along with the management team went out of their way to get me my new RDX. Great buying experience Went to buy a 2012 adv this past Saturday @Vandergriff Acura in Arlington. I was greeted by Michael Pfleger in the parking lot and he was very helpful in telling me about the differences in the TL models and asking me what options were important to me so I could get in the right car. Low pressure sales and good service and a little comic relief from Dale in the sales office made the car buying experience easier than it I thought it was going to be. Great Experience I want to give a big thank you to JD Diaz at Vandergriff Acura. I called and spoke to JD to see if I could get approved for a car. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. I still can't believe how pain free the experience was. Also thank you to Philip in finance. I love my CRV!!!
