Exceptional Staff I brought a very close friend to Vandergriif Acura and per usual they did not disappoint. The entire staff was truly exceptional. People that were not even involved in our transaction would walk by and offer coffee and pick up our empty water bottles and double checked that our experience was great. Wesley Kammer and Patrick Burns presented us with a deal of a lifetime and our Salesperson Kenny Les customer service and product knowledge was exceptional!!!
Hands Down Best Staff Ever!! I purchased a 2018 Cadillac CTS unless than one hour inside dealership. Jibre Woods communicated via text with me. He gave me a trade-in price for my car via pictures. This man went above and beyond he answered text message questions I had at 7 am. I scheduled appointment to see car. It was what I was looking for. Dan was the best with my 80 year old mom Dan Naughton assisted myself and my mother in purchasing a used car last week. She unexpectedly needed another car and I was enlisted by my father to assist her d/t his health. Dan was so patient with my mom. She test drove 4 vehicles and he took his time with each one, helping her adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel until she felt it fit her well.
