Wonderful Great customer service, me and my wife were hesitant buying a car but everyone of these guys eased all of our concerns, answered all of our questions and made this process easy. They stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of. They were straight up and got straight to the point, they asked us what we wanted and they made sure to to accommodate us. This will definitely NOT be our last Acura purchase

A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I was referred to Johnathan (Mr. Acura) from a coworker of mine. I gotta tell ya, it started off a bit shaky due to my situation....but the end results was 100% satisfying! Johnathan Lester along with Eric Fluentes, Tommy W, Patrick Burns, and Preston Nuygen have gained a happy customer!
Best service Johnathan, Tommy, Patrick, and Michael went above and beyond for us!!!! We are Acura customers for life! Even as we walked in 40 minutes before closing they were patient, helpful, and had a good attitude. I can’t say enough good things about them. Even when we found a scratch right before leaving they took it to the back to buff the scratch. Patrick (manager) buffed the car to make sure it was done right.
Pretty good Really professional. Just really didnt like that I had picked an insurance for the gold pack and after reviewing the paper work it said that it was the silver pack. And the finance guy said that he couldn't change it.
It was a great experience! Everyone was so helpful and understanding with my situation. Jonathan Lester provided all the help I needed and answered every question I had. Will continue to purchase from him.
Patient and Understanding Bryson was a great salesman. I think he is a great salesman all around but especially for young or new car buyers. He understands the situation a new car buyer might be in and was very transparent with my situation. Nice, Friendly and a Bro.

Love the vehicle! Thao, Adara and Julie are awesome! Not customer service driven in my experience. I likely will not return for my next vehicle. Not flexible on even small incentives for the buyer. Just driven on selling their product at the higher price and add-ons at the higher price. I've had less than desirable experience with Service as well. Adara, Thao and Julie were very nice people. I appreciated their good energy and personalities as individuals.
