I would make a recommendation for Acura Vandergriff if Etta was there to provide the service and/or sale! I was having some difficulty and Etta took the time to explain to me processes and changes that may occur that NO ONE else bother to explain. She made the difference of a sale and me walking out the door going elsewhere with my business.
