Traded two vehicles in on the Trail Boss. The trade in prices they first offered weren’t great but after some haggling they came around and got a lot closer to what I needed. Gave me a great price on the new truck! If price is what your looking for on a new vehicle, this is the place to go!
We ended up purchasing this car from Vandergriff! Excellent process and the price was what we were looking for! We drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase this car from them! I found that their price was the best and would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future!
Quick reply and set up schedule for test drive. Professional manner to customer, provide helpful infos, but we ended up in buying a private owner car at very low market price.
I did my research, made an appointment, and went to Vandergriff. The car I wanted was listed as a 4WD on Car Gurus, but it wasn't, but the price seemed too low for a 4WD. When I got there I found that it was not, but I didn't want a 4WD which was great. The sales person Ashley was great the only problem i had was having to wait 5 days after purchase for recall etc.. But they delivered it to me at my job which is great i guess im only upset that i was late to work all week haha. I just thought all the recalls detailing etc would have been taken care of prior but regardless i would definitely come back they bent over backwards to help me get financed which i more than appreciate overall. Fantastic experience.
I can't say enough about my experience!!! I bought my dream car here and was treated with respect and a fun buying experience, from Kim to Lee to Tom.....I'm so happy and would absolutely buy another car from them!!
Friendly staff, price was drastically different. Went from 21k up to 27k b/c of 6k worth of service fees. Sticker shock was real.
