After weeks of waiting, I finally got my car back from repairs, and I’m beyond disappointed. The technician claimed the fascia was new and painted to match my car, but that was clearly untrue. They just painted over the old fascia—I recognized a paint chip on the right side that was already there. The color didn’t match as expected, and the left fog light wasn’t replaced either; I could still see a scratch that had been there before. I would like to thank Austin for keeping me informed every step of the way and for answering all my questions, he was professional and kind throughout the process. I would like to thank the Front Admin for making sure I had a vehicle while my car was in the shop. The front admin gave me the heads up on the winter freeze in December 2024 and allowed me to drop my car off early. Awesome job all around. My vehicle looks brand new, the office staff from the front desk to the estimator were all very attentive and knowledgeable and my truck got back to me in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone!
