My advisor, Joe Poetben was very professional and kept me updated on the status of parts needed. Unfortunately, parts were not readily arable due to continued supply chain issues so it too about a month for repairs to be completed for a very easy repair! 5 Star : Customer Service Joe was awesome! 5 Star : Returned Clean
