5 Star : My Experience The USAA adjuster Austin was welcoming, listened to my story about the accident, gave me a good idea of what to expect. The almost daily progress reports kept me up to o date. They kept in touch when it looked as if they would not finish on the day they hoped to finish, and then because the last part arrived, they called to tell me they made their goal.
