3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend They’ve done good work before so I’m hoping this time is an exception. 1 Star : Repair Quality The door guards were not replaced on the driver’s side door and there was an apparent bubble that popped. There is a circle that is missing paint on the driver’s side door. 2 Star : Customer Service Customer service was good but quality of work is disappointing.

The vehicle was repaired but a human hair was left embedded in the clearcoat paint.
