5 Star : My Experience I loved the text updates; that was very helpful. The finished product looks great too, so I'm very pleased about that. Dropping off the car was a little bumpy. The gentleman who greeted was annoyed I didn't make an appt in advance. I was told by AAA they'd send my information, and I'd just have to give my claim number when I arrived.
