5 Star : My Experience Their service was excellent. I had no wait time when I dropped off or picked up my car. The man who helped me with my vehicle (I believe his name is chuck) was so helpful and nice. They cleaned the interior and exterior of my car which was filthy and I couldn't be happier. 5 Star : My Experience I was a disappointed in the lack of cummnication towards the end. Car was suppose to be done a week earlier. No texts or calls to say it wasn't going to be finished. Had to call twice this week due to no text or calls. Received a text with a message that said it was ready, however I also got a message that said cancel.
