PERFECT
My recent experience with Honda's client services with David was great. However, the mechanical part was very unacceptable and was very costly due to the radio display screen that was not working. The mechanic workers were not able to fix the issue and wanted me to spend of 3K for a new display. After leaving the dealership, I decided to push several buttons and my screen appeared to begin working. It was very strange that they weren't able to figure that out. I recommend additional training.
It took two hours for an oil change with absolutely no updates from the service advisor as to why it was taking so long. Yes we did have an appointment.
I asked for an emission inspection, was told the inspection was completed when I left as well as my vehicle passed the inspection. When I went to buy my tags, the inspection was not reported. This is causing me a lot of problems when trying to buy my tags. I am not happy with Vandergriff Honda.
Battery had to be replaced at only 6k miles. Very friendly staff. My car was not washed or detailed.
