Awesome experience with Charles Bright. We were looking for a mid-size suv for my wife's business and we walked in to the pre-owned lobby and Charles greeted us at the door and listened to what we wanted and was very helpful. Both Rhonda & Anthony were very responsive to our questions So glad we were helped by Anthony (who we knew from our last Van) and he paired us up with Rhonda. We are sure glad he did, too. Rhonda listened to our plans and needs and matched us up with the right auto (CR-V) that is perfect for us.
Buying a car has typically not been a great experience for my family. Ronda definitely changed that. I have never worked with a sales rep that was super knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. I highly recommend her. I was extremely disappointed that we waited 45 minutes to sign paperwork in finance. Once we got there, the finance rep refused to listen to us and was ridiculously pushy. I understand the T’s his job, but he refused to take no for an answer. He literally soured my experience and put me in a bad mood.
