White Glove Service at its finest I've bought several cars from different dealerships across many states. My experience with Marcus Jaimson was different in so many ways. I already knew what I wanted before I got there but I felt like if I was dealing with my brother. Everything was transparent, quick and FUN. Yes FUN! This is my second car I have bought from him. The dealership presentation was great and all the staff was happy and helpful. I would recommend to family and friends.
Everything was awesome!! Hands down the best dealership experience Ive had so far. Customer service started at my old car and I couldnt be happier. Minh and Chris took care of everything I wanted and Dwayne in finance took care of the rest. Satisfied, Excited, Happy, Joyful and Friendly I went to the Honda dealership to buy a new car and I wasn't expecting all the things to go smoothly because I went to the Clay Cooley dealership first to buy a used car but things wasn't going smoothly. A+ Experience Found vehicle on internet. Made appointment with Thomas (salesman) and went to test drive the car. Everything was as described on the internet and phone call. Dealership extremely nice and accommodating. However the highlight of the appointment was Thomas. So kind, courteous & easy to work with. Battery and driver side headlight check I visited the service department to have my battery tested and driver side L.E.D. headlight replaced. Kyle Scholl assisted me and we determined that the battery and entire headlight needed to be replaced. Fortunately the headlight was covered under warranty. Kyle was very helpful and he answered all my questions.
Got a great deal!! Came in on a wing and a prayer, and Charles and Zac made it happen. I'm so excited to be driving away with my preowned Honda CRV. They were able to do exactly what they promised me they would do . Yay!!!
