This was a quick service on my car. This staff in the service dept. are wonderful. They make sure you are satisfied with the service on your car. The few times that I have come, it's been a nice experience.
Issues with service department Car was not repaired at your shop due to the fact that it was totaled out by the insurance company. My issue however, was due to the fact that it was delayed because of paperwork not being sent in to the insurance company in a timely manner. It's sar on one of your service technicians desk for over a week before it was taken over by Keith your service manager to handle the paperwork. Vandergriff s service is always good, went in for a new tire. It was quick got a wash and was out within 2 hours. It was fast.
The customer service was exceptional The customer service was exceptional. I had my headlights changed to non-factory because I was not able to see well at night with the low beam factory lights. I will have to wait until it's dark before I will no if I'm satisfied with my new lights but overall I'm very satisfied with today's service.
Awesome Service The service agent was was very courteous, friendly and focused during the initial write-up. He accepted the coupon that I had received in the mailbox and eagerly applied it to the service ticket. I really appreciated this outstanding help.
Oil change and alignment Great service explain everything to me and the cost. Service manager was very helpfully and understanding in dealing with my service and in getting items for my car
Stayed true to completion timeframe Thanks to Austin for making sure my vehicle was fixed and ready for Thanksgiving travel! Austin stayed in contact and even got us a loaner to use just in case. Wonderful job.
Check engine light Did a check and it was old. Reset the system. Thanks I don’t have any more to say about this. Replaced rubber cover on the parking petal for the four time
Service department The service department was great the personnel in the that department was good. Mr. Austin was very good and very helpful he also had very good customer service skills kept me aware of what’s going on with my car. I would recommend Mr. Austin to other people’s that’s come in to the service department.
