Great communication by my service rep, Fabian Garcia, plus easy appointment setting and reminders. My service rep verified the repairs with me before leaving. Even with the CDK outage they were able to keep track my RO and parts order. All repair were under warranty! This has been my best Vandergriff experience. My purchase and first service wasn’t so great. I’m glad I took one more opportunity to work with a different service advisor. I’ll definitely be going back to service my vehicle with Fabian!
I like the people who work there. They are polite and well trained associates I will recommend my friends there
