Fast friendly My overall experience was outstanding. I spoke with Olivia prior to my appointment at Vandergriff advising what I was looking for including the options I wanted. Inventory was checked and an appointment set to look at the vehicle. SUV purchase from dealership I had been looking for a SUV, and when I saw the exact one I wanted on the dealership inventory page, I sent them an email asking if they could hold it for a few days. I had to go out of town for a funeral, but I really was interested in this model.. They did hold it for me, and it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super nice. Ask for Olivia The only dealership within 100 mile had the car i wanted. Not only that they had it at what seemed to be the wrong price. I was contacted promptly and didnt feel pressured into anything. This place is like a band aid, you think its going to hurt but in the end its painless.
Vandergriff Hyundai The staff at this dealership were very nice. The only thing that I did not like was, the price listed online was not the same price when I went to the actual dealership; it was misleading. The sales rep did work with me on the price, but it was still not as low as the online listed price.
Great dealership We got a new 2015 car that was at a reasonable price. The dealership worked with us when we were in a pinch with no car to drive and moving to the area from out of state.
