Friendly staff and transparent transaction My dealer Maletta was gracious and diligent in answering all my emails prior to the visit. This made the actual buying experience comfortable and less stressful. I am also pleased with how the finance manager Hector handled things without being pushy. Overall a great buying experience.

He paid meticulous attention to detail on what exactly I was looking for and provided the up-most professional and top notch customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. good experience I purchased a Genesis coupe from Vanderriff. I got a thorough test drive and the financing experience was way better than at other dealerships, I spent about 3 hours at the dealership. Patricia was great, she was very helpful throughout the entire process. She kept in contact after the purchase to make sure I didnt have any issues or if I had any further questions.
Nice Experience Great sales team! Got me in a new car for the right price. No games and forward pricing exactly what I want when purchasing a big ticket item. They were also able to beat my ultra-low credit pre-approved interest rate. Olivia - Outstanding Customer Service! I saw on Vangergriff Hyundai's website a 2016 Tucson ECO AWD that was listed at an unusually low price. I immediately realized this seemed wrong, but decided to check. I emailed and provided the stock # and asked for confirmation that it was an ECO and that the price was indeed what I saw online.
