Great Experience Lou is a wonderful sales person. He made the buying experience a very easy process. We had visited a different dealership the day before and the difference in knowledge and accommodation we experienced with Lou was awesome. Great experience We had already done our homework and new it was between Hyuandai and Mazda. The Elantra had everything my wife wanted. I feel we got a great car at a great price. We were treated very well. No overbearing sales or financing. As a matter of fact I was surprised that your Bernardo was able to beat the great financing I had already set up with Chase. Keep this type of service up and a third Hyundai will be in our future....

Fantastic! My wife and I were looking at many options for a new vehicle; Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, Jeep and Dodge. Everything kept coming back to Hyundai and especially Vandergriff because of my salesman Lou Margetis. He worked extremely hard to make the deal for us. Lou treated us like the most important thing he had going on. Thank you again!
Over the Top Experience! Though I had done my homework prior to arriving at the dealership, I didn't know what to expect since it had been 7 years since my last car purchase. I must say, that dealing with my Salesperson, Darius Carter, and later his brother, my Credit Manager, Thomas Carter, was a very positive experience! If you have issue, let someone know this dealership isnt perfect but after dealing with management, they try to be. The sales person followed up and I expressed that I was not completely pleased with the process and I recieved a call from the General Sales Manager within minutes. He resolved the issue and I can honestly say that it was just a misunderstanding on my part. I will gladly be back to purchase.
