My overall experience was excellent. Kean was my salesman. He was new at his job only a few days but he worked so hard for me. A great kid and I think an asset for your company. All of your staff working with me did a great job.

Basically it was handled over the phone and they were prepared for my 10:00 appointment. They even checked a wiring harness recall that just came out so I wouldn’t have to come back for that. There was no problem.

Everyone is very nice, however, the wait and lack of communication for the additional services on my vehicle needed work. I was there to get my tires rotated and ended up staying from 11 am till almost 2pm. Only after I left was I made aware that they actually took care of a recall on the software of my car, and conducted an inspection, free of charge. I wish I would have known this while I was there, but I’m thankful my car was taken care of.

With this being our first experience at a dealership, Pablo made the entire journey simply amazing and very welcoming from the start to the end!!! He really helped us understand the process so much better. Nathan helped us with the financing aspect of it and we were walked through every option we had so my dad and I are beyond thankful for that. We are more than excited to come back and purchase another vehicle from here!
