Service mom would approve of I recently had my motor replaced during Hyundai recall. I received excellent care .My service attendant Anthony gave me wonderful customer service. Second vehicle I have came to Vandergriff for my last two Hyundai purchases. I have a Hyundai dealership literally five mins from me but I make the 30 min drive to continue giving my business to Vandergriff. They always work with me and do whatever they can to get the deal done. All of the staff is nice and courteous. I will continue to buy any future vehicles through them as well.

Service was quick and painless. Absolutely love the text message with the link that gives me the results of the vehicle check-in inspection & runs me through the needed options with the choice to accept or decline the recommended service. The waiting area bar with the plugs and high chairs was awesome for getting work done while I was waiting. Maybe highlight the hot beverages better; the cold brew tastes funky. Vandergriff Hyundai customer service is second to none!!! I can’t tell how many times I’ve been there and have never been disappointed. I have been going there since 2012 and even though they’ve made some changes to management, customer service still seem to be their top priority.

The part was the wrong part once I got the car to the The part was the wrong part once I got the car to the dealership. They did take care of it by giving me a loan car. They fixed the car washed it and filled it up with gas then delivered it back to me the next day. The service guy did the best he could to make it up to me for the inconvenience. This was the second visit......
