Good overall experience at Vandergriff Hyundai The sales reps in charge of my "account" were very responsive to emails and phone calls. There were a lot of these since I live in Houston and the dealership is in Dallas and they made it easy for me with the information they provided when it came to making a decision on whether to drive all the way to Dallas to get the new vehicle. New car Ours salesman D'Angelo was fantastic. We are not so sure as of yet on the service department. I feel that they should have looked deeper into the problem in the first place since a wheel balance had already been performed. A week later does not seem to make any sort of sense!
