Just OK Pushy. Salesperson not dressed professionally. I had to wait to speak with the financing people because sales person was cheating with associates until I caught her attention. When she looked up and saw that I had stood up and was getting ready to head out the door she came back out to me.

We came in needing a car, we left with a car that we were very pleased with.Fernando made sure that everything was set up properly, he has called a couple times to make sure that I am good and I had any questions or anything. just an overall really great experience. Our buying experience It was fast, easy and although we had room switch salesman in the middle of our time there, it was professional and a great buying experience.
First new car This was my first new car in over 20years. Ezekiel was very thorough and helpful. I knew which car I wanted before I arrived, but he took the time to be sure this car works be a good fit for me. Darius was my finance manager and he helped get me the deal I was looking for. Purchase of a 2017 Santa Fe Sport This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. Pleasant Experience Sarah and the other employees were welcoming, very professional and helpful. They made the car buying process easier and quicker than most. They were patient in explaining the new features and knew which cars had which features. It was a very cold and windy day and Sarah never gave a thought to the weather as she ran in and out of the building as we asked questions and wanted to see more. My New 2016 My overall experience was great. The time I spent there was reasonable. The only complicated matter was with the loan contract. My payment day was not set according to my preference, nor asked. I was informed that I could change it with the institution that approved my loan. This was a big inconvenience, as I was told by the institution that this was an in service from thr dealership and I had to come down to make any changes to the loan contract. This I was not happy about. Thank you!
