20th century experience Unfortunately, it was the tedious back and forth, trying to negotiate away charges for dealer add-ons of highly questionable value or ridiculous interest rates, all while pushing one's patience to a point of exhaustion. Our salesperson was pleasant enough, but I still left, feeling coerced.
Friendly Nice place to purchase a new car. Easy to get to. Have not had my first service experience hoping it will be as good as the buying process.
Lou was great! Lou treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism through the whole process eventhough we were at the dealership after midnight purchasing a car. The deals we received were so incredible we bought 2 cars.
Unexpected surprise I came in to get my recommended maintenance and drove off with a new car. Lou, as before, was a great help and the folks made the experience as painless as possible. Bernardo was very professional and helped with the finance with no surprises.
