Blown away I had a great experience buying my first car at Vandergriff exactly 3 years ago so when it came time to upgrade Vandergriff was the first online store I visited when looking for my new Hyundai. the deal was virtually completed before I walked in the door. Kirby was absolutely friendly and an outstanding person. Im already recommending Vandergriff Hyundai and Kirby to all my friends. BTW there isn’t another Hyundai dealer within 300 miles from my home that can touch Vandergriff’s prices!

Love my Elentra Sport! 4-1/2 years ago I bought “RubyJane”, my little ruby red Elentra Sport. I cannot explain how much I love this little 6speed manual transmission! I’ve been coming here for service and oil changes ever since. I have zero complaints. They take care of their customers end of story. Overall I’m a happy customer.
Recall notice updates to Tucson I set an appointment to have a recall update to our new Tucson. It was done in three hours! That’s great! I have had service in other dealerships and service is always very difficult. The wait can be days or even weeks. Having purchased 10 cars by my immediate family here we have never had a bad experience with service. Frankly, service is usually very poor everywhere else we have been. Service is my most important reason to go to a dealership. It is always great here.
New Service Advisor Brings Customer Service Back to Pryscilla was the best service advisor we have ever had in all of our service experiences at Vandergriff! She maintained open lines of communication. She made sure we were informed. When the car was diagnosed, she made sure that everything was explained. She even had pictures! Pryscilla made certain that we had complete understanding of everything that was done. She was thorough in the work that was done. She did nothing in half measure!

Good dealer/ salesmen experience Experienced salesmen knew the product. Wasn't pushy was up front, respectful of my budget. I wasn't there all day. Busy dealer but still friendly and laid back. Good buying experience good prices that didn't change when I came in like other dealers.
