FAST, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, and FRIENDLY. Mr Ryan Parker & Mr. Chris Vasquez both are top notch employees and you are lucky to have them on your team. I'd name your mechanics too if I knew who they were. I have never had poor or bad service in more than 20 years. Best part is no one pushes you to buy services you don't need. In all the DFW area THIS is the place to go. When I wear out my current vehicle I will buy only from Vandergriff Toyota.

As usual I was very impressed with my car service at Vandergriff Toyota. Scott King, my service advisor, did a great job in making my service experience very pleasant and rewarding! He welcomed me with a large smile and kept me informed about all the details, estimates, timing, and next steps. Out of his grace also, he helped me to find and replace a hubcap that I missed recently. Thank you Scott for such a great customer experience and many kudos to Vandergriff Toyota for having great advisors to serve their customers!

Issac is a great service manager. He called me back when I left a message to arrange service and was ready for me when I came. My car was not right when I got in it after the service. I drive down the street and knew it was not right. I came back and he took care of the problem. One or more of the wheels was not on correctly from a rotation! He always kept me informed!
