I went into the dealer because my Rav4 had recall part and they were ready for me to come and take care of it. Mauricio arranged Huber for me to be brought to work an pick up. By the time I got to the dealer my car was ready. Mauricio took care of me and my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
