Everything from intake to service and communication was great. I was handed the keys back, assured that there was no squeal or other noises. It only took two days for it to be noisy when braking.

The service I received during the maintenance check on my 2019 RAV4 was excellent. Ryan Parker greeted me on arrival for my appointment, accompanied me to the waiting area and took my vehicle for service. Waiting time was minimal and on completion of the work Mr. Parker explained in detail the services performed. I have every confidence in Vandergriff Toyota and Mr. Ryan Parker to help me keep my vehicle in excellent working condition.
