As of today October 6th 2022 I took my 2007 Toyota Corolla to 'Vandergriff Toyota' for oil change and tire rotation. The technician after a thorough inspection find some additional service recommendation. My adviser Ryan Parker explained these additional services and showed a picture of the "struts" which was recommended by the technician. It was really easy to understand. Mr. Parker always does an outstanding customer service. He is vey professional, very knowledgeable and very polite.

This was a 5,000 mile service, not 10,000 mile as shown on history. Performed due to dusty driving conditions and short trips. Oil change required per maintenance guidelines. Also had Navigation software reloaded due to not infrequent errors in routing instructions. Frequency of errors has diminished since the service call. Service was performed timely.
