I just went in for my first oil change for my new Toyota Venza, I love the professionalism that each member shows from the person who greets you at the maintenance door ... all the way to the end with the cashier. This is my first Toyota and I am delighted not only with my car but also the wonderful staff that I have backing me up!!!
