it was like a normal service I didn't notice difference but it's ok
It was fine, the gentlemen that attended to me tried very well to make the experience good. As usual VanderG have a nice waiting room stocked with water and hot beverages. The only things were... while my synthetic oil change is supposed to cover 10k miles, they always set it for 5k miles (and boy! the cost is near astronomical now). And i do not know if its their fault or just a freak accident, my in dash GPS address input is greyed out. Otherwise, good place for a oil change.

We deal with Ryan Parker in the service dept. He is very helpful and promptly returns his phone calls. Don't take our Toyota anywhere else or to anyone else. We get great, friendly service at Vandergriff Toyota.
