Save yourself the headache and grief in looking for a lender. Thecia and her team are professional to a point! Worked originally with another company and didn't get the property. Found another property and decided to switch companies. Worked with Thecia and we closed in 3 weeks (02/01/22 - under contract - 02/23/22 keys received). They have a portal that lets you upload all the documents from your computer and the progress is tracked so you know where you are standing at all time.
