Bill McDonald was very professional and friendly with a great sense of humor, which helped the whole process be less stressful, as we were in the middle of selling our residence at previous address. Christine Schrader kept the ball rolling making sure every document was timely with needed signatures. She even extended customer service that extended to coordinating the other lender to ensure the notary was scheduled and paid to close both properties as the same time.
