When I started my process, I had reached out to a realator that I know for a recommendation. She got me in touch with Keith. The process was very seamless, especially with being able to upload all the documents and esign almost everything prior to closing. There was always communication between Keith & Cheryl throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend going through VanDyk Mortgage.

Denny made everything easy to understand and was a joy to work with. We never felt that there was a question that went unanswered or was not understood. He checked I. Regularly with updates on where we were at in the process and responded promptly to any messages from us. We’ve actually already recommended him to an another person who was not as happy with their lender.

I work the night shift a lot so I don't have a lot of time during the day to do things. VanDyk Mortgage went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Most places won't do that. So I would recommend them to everyone!
