Kim was instrumental in our refinance to a to a lower rate several years ago. When she noticed rates below 3% recently, she contacted us and suggested we might be able to refinance at, or slightly below 3%. We ended up with a rate below 2.5%, a five year shorter term, and lower payments to boot. She under promised, and over delivered!
