I had tried to work with a national bank for a mortgage previously and wasn't able to contact the loan officer and ultimately that process fell through. Working with Brent was the opposite experience - if I ever had a question he was just a phone call away. He helped guide me through the process to a point where the whole thing felt effortless.

Our refinance process with Tim Hart of VanDyke Mortgage went smoothly from start to finish, and we were self employed borrowers which can sometimes make things more difficult. We were able to easily submit documents online through their portal as needed and were consistently kept up to date as to where our loan was at in the process. Tim and his entire staff were easily accessible with any questions. It was a much easier process than we anticipated it would be.
