There is not enough to say about he experience level that is exibited by the VanDyk staff. From the initial application process to the final closing they exemplified what true customer service is. Although customer service is great, their knowledge even surpasses that. I came in with tax forms that would have stumped many mortage originators and staff, and through a bit of explaining and some clarifications by my accountant the staff took the ball and ran with it. Well done VanDyk!

We missed our closing date because the mortgage wasn't finished in time. I had to call the title company to find out we weren't going to close on time. One time I called I didn't get a return phone call. Nobody called me to tell me we were in tidewater on the buyer's VA loan. The loan closed. From the listing agent's perspective, more communication would have been appreciated.
