The whole Van Dyk team is amazing! Sean and Katlin were always available anytime we needed anything. Stacey goes above and beyond. She walked me through every step of my refinance process. Answered every question I asked and explained in great detail so that I would understand. I couldn’t ask for a better mortgage company to work with. Stacey made everything so easy so that I didn’t have to stress out. I even begged her to put in my contract that they were not allowed to sell my mortgage. Stacey was awesome!!!!! She provided top notch customer service and communication. Not once did I have to power call to find out information. As she received any communication or information it was passed to me immediately. I am first time home buyer and I was fortunate enough to get the best person to handle my needs.
