Carrie was the most helpful caring person I know. She walked me through the entire process and explained to me if I had any questions I could ask her. Sometimes I kept asking some of the same questions but she was very patient and kind and always answered my questions even when I thought I was asking a dumb question. To her every question was important. She really cared about the customer. I really loved working with Carrie and Walissa. I would recommend her to anyone with highest praises.

Of my over 30 years in the real estate business, this was the first time that I was asked to handle the the sale and purchase of a residence where all 3 parties of the transaction were family member. The mother living in the home in Florida, the son living in New York, that wants to purchase it with his mother, from the brother, who lives in another state. David, was great in putting this together and working with me through closing.
