Everyone we worked with from start to finish was available within a reasonable amount of time when we had questions. Our loan originator took the time to explain the process, all the documents we were signing and any other questions we had in depth so we understood what was going on. The process can be stressful, so it was nice to have people who knew what they were doing and kept us up to speed on any changes. The app was very helpful I’m keeping myself on track as to what was required from me.
