I was very impressed with the speed of the processing of our refinance and how gracious everyone involved was. I was kept up to date at all times on the status of the loan application which lowered my stress level. We used this mortgage company for another home purchase and I highly recommend them. This our second time using Sean’s services. Sean is attentive, clear communicator who takes his time to make sure you understand your options & loan requirements. He is flexible & responsive. There are two additional attributes that will keep us coming back to Sean, (1) you had a clear understanding of the financials while you are making your decision and (2) you understood what needed to be done and by when for a seamless transaction.
