Members of staff were very friendly and helpful. They led us through the Mortgage process detailed and professionally. No stones were left unturned. Special mention of Ms. Yvette Jones, very thoughtful in accepting/returning calls/follow-up and feedback. Ms Gabbie, very kind and concerned about our interest and welfare. I was amazed at the availability of the staff. I could text Joe at 9pm, and he would offer to call me and explain the answer. He always went into way more detail than I could have hoped. Every step of the process was smooth and painless, and I was able to refinance to a lower interest rate with almost zero hassle.
